Pristine Property Services was founded by Katherine Spillman—a long-time Flagstaff resident since 1995.
Katherine and her husband, Dave, have owned and managed a successful construction company since 1996 and
understand quality construction and products. They have excellent connections and established relationships with
all trades and individuals in the building community. Katherine and Dave also own a second home in Flagstaff and
realize the challenges that are associated with second home ownership. Katherine saw the increasing trend of second
homes in Flagstaff and recognized the need for services associated with that demand. From that, Pristine Property
Services was born.
