Routine maintenance is an integral part of protecting your investment and ensuring a lasting, well kept, secure
home. At Pristine Property Services, we strive to put your mind at ease, ensuring that your second home is in
perfect condition and cared for with the same attention to detail that you would provide. We offer a multitude
of services to maintain your residence during your absence. Additionally, we are happy to customize any maintenance
services that are unique to your specific needs. A list of our property management services includes, but is not limited to:
Property Checks
We will inspect the interior and exterior of your home while you are absent. Weekly, biweekly, monthly or custom
checks are available—as frequently as you desire. Property checks include:
- Check heating and water systems
- Flush toilets
- Check for frozen pipes
- Check major appliances
- Ensure windows and doors are locked
- Check that light bulbs are working
- Keep yard free of debris
- Remove trash and recycling
- Inspect for pests
- Inspect exterior of the home
- Any other specific needs
Alarm Call Service
We will be the primary contact for your security system on a 24-hour basis in case there is an emergency or
alarm at your house.
Video Inventory
We will take a video inventory of your home and its contents for record and security purposes. We will give
you a copy of the video and keep a backup on file at our office.
Routine Maintenance
We will arrange and coordinate any maintenance and repairs your home needs. Let us know what you want performed
and we will make it happen. If we notice something needs repair while checking on the property, we will immediately
notify you and take the steps to correct the problem. Routine maintenance services include, but are not limited to:
- Repairs and handyman services
- Water indoor and outdoor plants
- Housekeeping
- Maintain furnace and air conditioning systems
- Hot tub maintenance
- Clean and treat decks and wood surfaces
- Car maintenance and cleaning
- Any other specific needs
Seasonal Maintenance
Most maintenance occurs on a seasonal basis. We will arrange and coordinate seasonal maintenance including, but
not limited to:
- Winterize your home
- Clean gutters
- Rake pine needles and leaves
- Insulate pipes if necessary
- Sweep chimneys
- Winterize sprinkler systems and restart them in spring
- Monitor heat tape
- Wash windows
- Spring cleaning
- Replace smoke detector batteries
- Stock firewood
- Any other specific needs
Snow Removal
We will arrange for regular snow removal of your driveway, sidewalks, decks, walkways, patio, and roof—whatever
you desire so that you always have easy access to your home.
Landscaping
We will carefully maintain your existing landscaping. Additionally, we will coordinate any desired landscaping
improvements.
Improvements
If you want improvements or additions to your home, we will coordinate with local contractors and trades, acquire
estimates, and oversee the project through completion.
Vacant Home Sales Services
Vacant homes are more challenging to sell and often remain on the market longer. If you want to sell your home
but are living elsewhere, we will look after your property with the same care and attention to detail that we
provide, ensuring it is properly maintained and in top showing condition. Additionally, we can assist with any
improvements that might increase the home’s appeal to potential buyers.
