Home Preparation
Our home preparation service grants you the luxury of walking in your front door and immediately beginning
to enjoy your vacation.
We will completely prepare the home for your arrival including:
- Adjust thermostats on furnace, air-conditioning, water heater, and hottubs
- Clean the home
- Air out the home
- Stock wood in the fireplace
- Arrange patio furniture
- Clean decks, patios, and walkways
- Turn on water
- Stock basic items including toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels, and soap
- Any other specific needs or requests
Home Departure
Our home departure service allow you to walk out the front door with the peace of mind knowing we will
clean and secure the house after you depart, freeing you from the responsibility.
We will ensure that your home is completely restored after your visit including:
- Clean the house
- Clean and change the linens and towels
- Adjust thermostats on furnace, air-conditioning, water heater and hot tubs
- Remove perishable food
- Clean appliances
- Wash and put away dishes
- Close windows and doors
- Remove trash and recycling
- Store patio furniture
- Lock and secure the home including the alarm system
- Any other specific needs or requests
Grocery Shopping and Stocking
Just email or fax us a grocery list before your arrival and we will make sure that the groceries are stocked and
waiting for you when you arrive.
Cleaning Services
We will arrange for reliable, meticulous house cleaning with regular frequency; while you are absent or as
often as you desire.
Concierge Services
Do you want to throw a party during your stay? Perhaps you would enjoy fresh flowers to brighten up the home.
We can arrange for dinner reservations or schedule a massage.
Concierge services include:

- Set-up and removal of any decorations and lights for holidays or special occasions

- Ship gifts
- Write and mail holiday and thank you cards
- Plan gatherings for family and friends
- Meal planning or catering

Airport Shuttle
We will drive you to and from the airport or drop off your car and retrieve it for you at your convenience.
